Vegetable Pakoras

4 large onions.thinly sliced…4 large potatoes.diced into small cubes.Par boil the cubes ( 5mins) 1 broccoli head & 1 small cauliflower par boiled then cut into small pieces..3/4 of a bag of gram flour..spices..coriander seeds 1large spoonful..cumin seeds.1large spoonful..2 teaspoons of -turmeric powder,cumin powder,coriander powder.garam masala….2 large spoonful of chili powder…2large spoonful of salt…fenugreek dried leaves..2large spoonful….1 bunch of fresh coriander leaves..chopped …..method…..put sliced onions in large pot…add all the spices & dried spices…mix well….add potatos broccoli ..cauliflower ..mix well again…add flour gradually till you get the consistency of thick gloopy porridge…if it’s to thin add flour till thick…best way to mix is get your hands into it…let it sit for half an hour…..heat oil in pot…tablespoon mix into hot oil..7-8 bits at a time..fry till golden brown…drain on kitchen paper….
