- 4 tbspn sugar
- 2 tblspn golden syrup
- 1 tspn baking soda
Put the sugar and syrup in a pan and bring to the boil, stirring constantly, then boil for 8 minutes, stirring only occasionally…Remove from the heat and quickly add the baking soda stirring until it froths up…pour into a waiting greased tin and leave to cool before breaking up….you can have it as is or dipped in some chocolate and cooled until set.
